Do you provide lab work for your products?
Yes. Current 3rd Party Certificate of Analysis are avaiable on all product pages. 3rd Party Endotoxin reprots are available for an expanding part of our prodcut line.
Hard copy certificates are shipped with each order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Cards, ACH transfers via the banking industry standard PLAID platform. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT-ETH, and SOL crypto transactions are accepted.
How long before I receive my package?
Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail typicall arrive in 2-4 business days. USPS Priority Express is 1-2 business days. Tracking information is provided when your package ships.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are typically receieved 24 hours after an order is placed. Orders placed after 3pm MST Friday will receive a tracking number the following Tuesday.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Pure Peptides is committed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, including missing items, damaged products, or other concerns. The following policies will ensure a swift resolution.
Time Frame: Customers must report discrepancies within 3 days of date of receipt of product as indicated by tracking number.
Procedure: For any issues including wrong, missing, or broken items, fill out this contact form with a detailed description, relevant pictures, and documentation.
Resolution: We will respond in 24-48hrs after investigating and always strive to resolve issues to our customer's satisfaction.
